Shopping Online
How do I place an order?
Explore our collections in the Shop menu. When you find an item you love, choose your size (and color, if applicable) and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout to enter your shipping details, billing information, and payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal. Payments are processed securely and the final total (including taxes and shipping) is shown before you confirm your order.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After successful payment, an order confirmation email is sent to the address used at checkout. Please allow up to 15 minutes for it to arrive.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or make a change, contact us immediately at support@gianniamore.com. Orders that are already prepared for shipment or shipped can’t be modified; you can request a return after delivery.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Estimated timelines (after processing):
- United States: 7–10 business days
- International: 10–14 business days
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days before shipment.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track it anytime on our Track Order page. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.
